Working with Others – MH08.2

This e-learning course explains the stages of team development and behavioural styles, and will show you how to apply a team management model to suit different teams, and how to match up behavioural styles against the stages in the project cycle. The course will enable you to assess yourself against the CLCF ‘Working with Others’ domain, and you will be able to write an action plan to improve your skills as a team member.
